Julia Loomer joins Caron as Regional Resource Director, where she is honored to connect patients to life-saving treatment. In this role, she represents Caron in the community, manages vital community partnerships, and provides dedicated support to patients and families during the admissions process.

Julia brings a personable, passionate, and driven approach to her work, with a deep commitment to finding the right treatment fit that gives each patient the highest likelihood of a successful recovery journey. Her philosophy centers on being a connector and asking, "if not us, then who?" when it comes to helping individuals access the care they need.

Before joining Caron in September 2025, Julia spent 10 years in North Carolina, where she represented a treatment center and developed expertise in recognizing quality treatment and understanding what differentiates various programs. This experience taught her to identify the unique strengths of different treatment approaches, knowledge she now applies to ensure patients receive the most appropriate care for their individual needs.

What Julia loves most about her work is hearing recovery stories and witnessing how individuals' lives transform post-treatment – often becoming lives they never could have imagined before their recovery journey began. She thrives on connecting with patients and parents, providing guidance and support during what can be a challenging time.

Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Urban Youth and Communities from UNC Charlotte, as well as a Master of Science in Management. Her educational background in public health and community work, combined with her business management expertise, provides a strong foundation for her role in connecting patients with appropriate treatment resources.

Julia is committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure patients are placed in the right care, bringing both professional expertise and genuine compassion to her work at Caron.
