Ross Attkisson serves as a dedicated and compassionate advocate for individuals struggling with addiction. With over six years of experience in the recovery field, Ross focuses on building and maintaining referral relationships throughout Maryland. By sharing up-to-date information on Caron’s renowned programs and services, he helps connect individuals and families to life-changing treatment solutions. Supporting clients throughout their recovery journeys, including those transitioning back to Maryland, is at the heart of Ross’s work.

What sets Ross apart is his personal experience with addiction and recovery. Having sought treatment at Caron’s Pennsylvania campus in both 2007 and 2018, Ross has a unique understanding of the challenges people face when seeking and committing to recovery. This personal connection fuels his passion for helping others and guides his efforts to make the process as seamless as possible for those ready to take the first step toward healing.

Ross’s professional background includes roles in business development and alumni services in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. His time as a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor further enhanced his expertise in supporting individuals during the initial stages of recovery. A Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) and Certified Allied Addiction Practitioner (CAAP), Ross combines professional credentials with a deep sense of empathy and purpose. He takes pride in fostering connections with referral partners and guiding individuals toward the care they need to begin their recovery and build fulfilling lives in sobriety. His dedication and experience make him an invaluable resource for both Caron and the communities he serves
