Having sought treatment at Caron’s Pennsylvania campus in both 2007 and 2018, Ross has a unique understanding of the challenges people face when seeking and committing to recovery. Ross’s professional background includes roles in business development and alumni services in Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. His time as a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor further enhanced his expertise in supporting individuals during the initial stages of recovery. A Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) and Certified Allied Addiction Practitioner (CAAP), Ross combines professional credentials with a deep sense of empathy and purpose.
