Sheralyn Anstis

Sheralyn Anstis brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her role as a Primary Therapist at Caron’s Florida campus Core Program. With a strong foundation in ethically grounded and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, Sheralyn conducts individual counseling sessions and facilitates group therapy to help clients explore the root causes of addiction, maladaptive behaviors, and interpersonal challenges.

She collaborates closely with medical staff, the clinical team, and family members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support sustainable, long-term recovery goals.

Sheralyn’s work is guided by her unwavering commitment to the well-being and growth of her clients. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported, and her trauma-informed practices allow her to navigate complex emotional landscapes with sensitivity and skill.

Before joining Caron in September 2025, Sheralyn worked as a primary therapist for adolescent females facing mental health challenges, addiction, and behavioral issues. Her earlier career in sales and management strengthened her interpersonal, ethical decision-making, and problem-solving skills, which she now applies to her therapeutic work.

Sheralyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. She is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).

Sheralyn finds the greatest joy in her work by supporting individuals during their most vulnerable moments and witnessing the profound transformations that occur through healing, connection, and growth.
