Shalom Adler
LMHC, CCTP
Florida
Shalom Adler brings compassion and expertise to his role as Primary Therapist at Caron Treatment Centers, where he began in August 2025. With a master’s degree in clinical counseling from Bellevue University and credentials as both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Shalom is dedicated to helping patients break free from addiction's grip.
As a Primary Therapist, Shalom conducts initial intake assessments, provides individual therapy sessions, and facilitates group therapy. He serves as a supportive listening ear for patients, empowering them to become their best selves through recovery.
Drawing from his previous experience as Assistant Clinical Director and mental health counselor at Recovery Village of Palm Beach, Shalom has worked with thousands of individuals from all walks of life. This diverse experience enables him to understand and connect with everyone who enters his office, regardless of their background or struggles.
What drives Shalom is witnessing transformation—seeing patients progress from their lowest points to thriving in sobriety and life. His greatest joy comes from hearing from former patients years later who continue to succeed in their recovery journey.
Shalom's core strengths include infinite patience, an empathetic and non-judgmental approach, and an unwavering belief in the infinite value of every person. These qualities, combined with his clinical expertise, make him a powerful advocate for lasting recovery and personal growth.
