As Lead Administrative Assistant, Sonia Albarran provides overall administrative support for the Caron New York office as well support for Development, Recovery Services, and the Physician Training Program.
She also assists in planning Caron New York special events, like the gala, Music Matter’s, Gregg’s Gift, and alumni reunion.
Sonia came to Caron in 2011 with extensive experience in administrative support and customer and client services in a variety of office settings and the ability to direct complex projects. For 13 years, she was the office manager for Family Justice, which was focused on helping families struggling with addiction. She managed the offices at three locations and supervised six staff members.
She majored in graphic design at New York City College of Technology and in business education at William H. Maxwell Vocational High School.
