SAP Team Maintenances

SAP Team Maintenances are periodic events designed to help SAP team members nurture cooperation and respectful working relationships. Workshops teach SAP team members to maximize their collective ability to help at-risk students overcome obstacles and get connected to the resources they need in order to thrive. The goals of training are to:

Help teams understand internal dynamics.
Identify specific behaviors that currently enhance and hinder team effectiveness.
Learn and practice specific skills that could enhance your team’s effectiveness in the immediate future.
Create a plan of action and set goals.
