Monica Driscoll

She is enthusiastic about supporting the Center’s success, having spent 25 years in the mental health field, most recently in senior leadership positions in the addiction treatment industry. That experience has made her adept at all facets of treatment center operations, from policy and procedures and compliance to marketing and human resources.

Working in this role at Caron, she says, allows her to do what she loves—give people hope and the knowledge that they are not alone. Being able to eliminate barriers to treatment and give people easier access to treatment motivates her work.

Prior to her operations experience, she was a clinician, working as a counselor as part of a mobile crisis team.

In addition to her experience and clinical education, she attended a leadership training program at the Center for Creative Leadership. She has a Master of Arts degree in counseling.
