Kelsey Moore manages gift processing for donations from individuals, corporations, and foundations and assists in Caron’s fundraising events, including regional galas and the One Day Challenge.

Kelsey is exceptionally well organized and takes a data-driven approach to development focused on streamlining processes and developing lasting outcomes. Prior to taking on this role in 2023, Kelsey was a development services specialist for Caron for three years.

She was a development assistant at Tower Health at Home for three years, a position in which she managed donations, tracked funds, and obtained grant funding. This skill set provided a strong foundation for growth when joining the Caron team.

Kelsey is proud to contribute her experience and skills to Caron, which has a strong presence in the community and contributes to the health and well-being of people and families struggling with substance use disorder, mental health disorders, and related challenges.

Kelsey has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Kutztown University, Pennsylvania.
