Katelyn Stine

Katelyn Stine plays a pivotal role in Caron’s national fundraising efforts. She oversees key campaign events, manages naming opportunities for donors and leads the creation and implementation of fundraising appeals from start to finish. She also oversees the production of Caron's Annual Philanthropy Report, which highlights the organization’s impact and development successes.

Katelyn has been an integral part of Caron Treatment Centers for nearly two decades, consistently demonstrating a deep commitment to advancing Caron's mission and supporting individuals and families in recovery. With extensive experience in communications, marketing, event planning, and development, Katelyn has delivered high-impact results across a wide range of initiatives throughout her tenure.

In her previous roles on the marketing and communications teams, Katelyn excelled at crafting compelling stories about alumni, staff, and community partners, amplifying Caron’s message across multiple channels including e-communications, fundraising campaigns, newsletters, and more. She also worked closely with human resources to ensure internal communications reflected the organization’s core values and enhanced employee morale.

As senior business development and event specialist, Katelyn planned several B2B events, including continuing education workshops and community service awards breakfasts in multiple regions and Caron’s Annual Research Symposium. She led the transition to virtual events, executing over 60 continuing education webinars that were critical in reaching new audiences and boosting referent engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Associate in Arts in Letters, Arts, and Sciences from Pennsylvania State University, Berks.
