Im Lynde

As part of the Development Department, Im is responsible for Caron's fundraising, alumni engagement, and outreach efforts in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He leads the tri-state area's comprehensive fundraising campaigns to support, sustain, and grow Caron's programs and services.

In 2021, Im joined Caron’s New York City team. Prior to joining Caron, he served as Chief Development Officer at Urban Resource Institute, the largest provider of emergency shelter services in New York for victims of domestic violence and homeless families. Since 2001, Im has led fundraising efforts for health, legal, social services, and LGBTQ+ organizations on both coasts of the U.S., raising more than 105 million dollars. He has secured financial support from government, foundations, corporations, and individuals for Immigration Equality, Pulmonary Hypertension Association, Lupus Research Alliance, Lupus Foundation of America, and Whitman-Walker Health.

My goal is to ensure that individuals and their families needing Caron's help know about our evidence-based, high-quality programs and services, so that they can get on the road to recovery and healing."
