Emma is a Primary Therapist with the Adult Residential Program at Caron’s Florida campus, originally from Ireland dedicated to empowering individuals on their mental health and addiction recovery journeys. With extensive clinical experience spanning individual, group, family, and couples therapy, Emma offers evidence-based care that is both empathetic and results-driven. Her approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused methods, and trauma-informed care to address the unique needs of her patients.

Emma earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mount Olive. Her academic achievements are complemented by a diverse professional background, including roles at the outpatient level, where she has worked with patients of all ages. Emma excels in conducting comprehensive intake assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Her commitment to mental health extends beyond therapy sessions. Emma has actively contributed to initiatives such as senior outreach services and addiction recovery programs, including art therapy-support for women navigating trauma recovery.
