Meet the Encore and Caron teams and tour the new state of the art clinical and executive space! The Encore clinical team is excited to share our movement and music studio, and reveal a vibrant art and creativity studio. Our Encore and Caron DC teams are excited to share how they will bring alumni, family services, and community outreach and development initiatives to our new Encore and Caron combined location.

Meet Encore's NEW Team Member:

Ali Inman, Community Outreach and Resource Coordinator

Ali has her bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a certificate in Addiction Treatment from Old Dominion University. In her free time Ali enjoys spending time with her two children, crafting, reading, and exploring the outdoors. As a resource coordinator Ali focuses on community outreach and helping to facilitate the flow of care to and from Encore. Prior to Encore, Ali was employed by Fairfax County’s Department of Family Services providing before and after school care for school aged children. Ali is passionate about helping those in need, specifically those struggling with substance abuse and mental health challenges.
