Jennifer Alfert Scholarship Fund

Jennifer Alfert

On May 17, 2021, we lost a shining light in our world. We knew her as Jennifer, Jenni, Jenna, Jen. But regardless of what we called her, she always answered by giving 210%. She threw herself wholeheartedly into her relationships and her career.

Devoted to her patients and their families Jenni worked tirelessly on their behalf making herself always available to them. She maintained friendships that started in Kindergarten and always found time for her family for every occasion and milestone.

Jen was full of spirit, energy, spontaneity and love. She had a memory like no other, full of random fun facts and could make you laugh until you cried.

This world is a little darker without her in it. She left glitter in her way and sparkles on everybody she touched. She was taken from us entirely too soon and still had so much to do-- lives to help transform, relationships to build. While Jenni’s parting has left a void that cannot be filled, it is important for us to remember that her spirit lives on in all of the lives she touched over the years. We can help to create something that will keep her spirit alive and help her work continue on.

Friends and family invite you to join us in remembering Jen in a very special way through the creation of the Jennifer Alfert Scholarship Fund. Jenni was passionate about her career in counseling and addiction medicine. She was a dedicated professional and helped countless patients and their families begin their path to recovery. Your tax deductible gift to the this fund is a way to continue her healing work by helping a family have access to care at Caron Renaissance.

Your Gift Can Make a Difference

Caron Treatment Centers is a non profit behavioral health care center with campuses in Pennsylvania and Florida. Caron leads the industry in scholarship care providing more aid to families who cannot afford treatment than three of the recognized treatment centers combined. Caron not only dedicates a percentage of patient revenue to scholarship care, we are also fortunate to be able to partner with family, friends and corporate leaders to raise scholarship dollars that go directly to helping patients and their families recover from this devastating disease. Unfortunately, there are still families who cannot afford treatment. Your gift, regardless of the size, will help us begin to bridge this financial gap and create a meaningful scholarship fund in Jen’s memory.
