Financing Treatment FAQs
How much does treatment cost?
Because Caron has several facilities, and because every plan is unique, we do not publish costs. Contact an admissions specialist to learn your personalized cost at no obligation.
Does insurance cover rehab?
Although every policy is different, many insurance companies cover at least a portion of addiction rehabilitation. Please contact an admissions specialist for help discerning what your policy does and does not cover.
How do I pay?
Payments can be made before you arrive online via our secure website, through an admission specialist or, with prior approval, upon arrival. We accept certified checks, cash, credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover) and wire transfers.
What if I can't afford treatment?
At Caron, we believe that everyone deserves access to treatment, and we’re dedicated to making sure that anyone who needs rehab can get it. It’s our way of continuing Dick and Catherine Caron’s 60-year legacy of equal opportunity care. If Caron is not the right treatment center for you we will help you find another quality program. Caron offers the following options to those who qualify:
Each year, Caron Treatment Centers provides more financial assistance through partial scholarships to patients than any other treatment facility in the industry. Scholarship money is generated through fundraising events and the generosity of Caron alumni, employees, family, friends and other benefactors.
To determine your eligibility, please get in touch with an admissions specialist.
Caron has long-standing relationships with two lending companies (M-lend Financial and Prosper) that may be able to help you pay for treatment at Caron. Families have used both to obtain interest-free financing for one year or low-interest fixed rate financing for two years (eligibility for either is determined by the lending company). Speak with your Caron admissions specialist about how to set up a consultation.
