Thomas serves as the Alumni Coordinator for Caron’s Washington, D.C. region, where he is dedicated to building a vibrant, supportive network of Caron alumni. Through organizing events, hosting meetings, and spearheading outreach efforts, Thomas works tirelessly to foster meaningful connections among alumni. His collaboration with Regional Vice President David Lazar ensures these initiatives are engaging, impactful, and rooted firmly in Caron’s mission of recovery and community.

An alumnus of Caron Renaissance, Thomas brings a deeply personal understanding of the recovery process and the value of ongoing support. His passion lies in supporting individuals on their recovery paths, helping them rediscover purpose, and celebrating their progress along the way. For Thomas, seeing the transformation in others—the return of light to their lives—is both inspiring and rewarding.

Thomas’s professional background is a testament to his commitment to recovery and community-building. Prior to joining Caron, he served as Alumni Coordinator and Case Manager at Verve Behavioral Health. There, he developed and implemented programs that emphasized accountability and connection, empowering individuals to thrive in their recovery journeys. With a strong foundation of expertise in alumni relations, recovery support, and cultivating lasting connections, Thomas enriches Caron’s mission with his unwavering dedication and hands-on experience.
