Tara Flohr is a Behavioral Therapist working with patients in the Intensive Outpatient Program at the Caron Outpatient Treatment Center in Wyomissing, PA.
In that role, she provides individual therapy and facilitates group therapy. She specializes in working with patients with co-occurring disorders in addition to substance use disorder, enabling patients to receive treatment for the mental health issues that often underlie addiction.
Prior to coming to Caron in 2021, Tara worked for four years at a nonprofit counseling center, offering mental health services to low-income individuals and families. Before attending graduate school, she was a counselor assistant at Caron for two years.
She is trauma-informed and has a Master of Arts in social work from Edinboro University and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Albright College.
