Ralph Pasceri
Florida (Renaissance)
Ralph Pasceri works closely with patients and their families in order to understand the distinct challenges and intricacies they face. Using evidence-based treatments and holistic therapeutic approaches, he delves deep to address the root causes of addiction to help foster recovery for life.
Central to this process is aiding patients in developing robust support systems and imparting essential coping strategies to equip them to navigate life’s challenges and build resilience and self-efficacy.
He began his work as a primary therapist in 2023, after completing a nine-month internship at Caron Renaissance. As an intern, Ralph conducted biopsychosocial assessments; facilitated group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery, relapse prevention, coping skills, and psychoeducation; provided individual counseling sessions to address patients’ substance use disorder and underlying mental health concerns; and developed aftercare plans.
He also completed a nine-month internship at another treatment facility where he worked with adult clients in an inpatient program, providing biopsychosocial assessments and case management.
He will receive a Master of Social Work degree in December from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida, and is trained in trauma-informed treatment and de-escalation. He has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from the University of Delaware, Newark.
Prior to being admitted to a Master of Social Work program, Ralph successfully owned and operated businesses in the restaurant industry for 30 years.
