Michael O’Neill
Michael O'Neill serves as the regional vice president of New York, which includes the five southeastern Philadelphia counties, southern New Jersey, and the state of Delaware.
Michael is a veteran fundraising leader with more than 30 years of experience advancing mission-driven institutions. Under his leadership, the organizations he has served have raised more than $2.5 billion in philanthropic support.
He previously spent 14 years at Villanova University as Senior Vice President for University Advancement, leading efforts that raised $1.2 billion and significantly expanded the university’s endowment.
O’Neill began his career in development roles at several nonprofit and higher education organizations, including Fordham University and The American Ireland Fund. He holds a BA and MBA from Fordham University and serves on the board of LaSalle Academy and the advisory board of OnBalance.
