Matthew Sutton
Matt joined Caron Treatment Centers in August 2026 as a Regional Resource Director, serving the Carolinas and Tennessee. In this role, he focuses on building meaningful relationships with healthcare providers and community partners, expanding Caron's presence throughout the region, and connecting individuals and families with the compassionate, high-quality care they need.
Before joining Caron, Matthew spent more than five years in the healthcare technology industry, most recently as an Account Manager with ModMed, where he managed a portfolio of healthcare clients, developed long-term strategic partnerships, and drove customer success through consultative relationship management. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a passion for helping others, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for building lasting relationships.
Matthew believes his background in client relationship management translates seamlessly into his role at Caron, where trust, collaboration, and service are at the heart of every interaction. He is known for his passion, empathy, organization, strong work ethic, and adaptability, all of which allow him to effectively support referral partners while helping individuals find safe, life-changing treatment options. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Matthew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management.
