Matt Parks is a business development strategist with over 20 years of consultative experience driving growth in Enterprise Technology, EdTech, Workforce Development and International Education. He has successfully led teams and managed regional, national, and global territories, forging relationships with critical stakeholders at all levels.

Most recently serving as Division Head of Career, Talent & Workforce Solutions at Psychological Assessment Resources, Inc., and before that holding sales leadership roles at Pegasystems, EF Education First, and McGraw-Hill, Matt has consistently demonstrated his ability to forge strategic partnerships, grow revenue, and lead cross-functional teams to exceed their goals.

Matt’s career is marked by a track record of driving innovation and fostering impactful partnerships. He attributes any success he's had in life to three things: 1) Never criticizing, condemning or complaining, 2) Being genuinely interested in the lives of others and 3) Seeking to understand, rather than to be understood.

A Florida State University graduate, Matt resides with his family in Tallahassee, Florida where he enjoys watching his children play soccer, playing the bass and classical guitars, chasing Australian Shepherds and rabidly supporting the English soccer club, Arsenal FC.
