As Caron's international case management specialist, Mark consults with individuals, families, and professionals to provide information about treatment options and help them design a comprehensive continuum of care.
He is well-versed in treatment centers and their services in the New York area and has a deep knowledge of professional resources within the tri-state area as well as nationally.
Prior to coming to Caron as a regional resource director in 2020, Mark was a recovery coach, serving as a resource and mentor for people in the early days of their recovery. He also worked in a men’s sober living residence where he led admissions and marketing.
He is a Caron alum, which has given him firsthand knowledge of the disease of addiction and the importance of treatment. Based on his experience and considerable expertise, he can help others develop a comprehensive plan for treatment and recovery.
He is a certified recovery coach professional (RCP) with a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Manhattan College.
