Loraine Kuppe-Carrozza is a compassionate and accomplished professional whose career includes over two decades of experience in behavioral healthcare. She brings a unique blend of clinical, operational, and leadership expertise to her mission of supporting individuals and families on their paths to recovery from addiction and its related challenges.

Born and educated in England, Loraine began her career managing teams in marketing and sales for globally recognized companies. Her ability to lead and inspire others has remained a hallmark of her professional life, spanning both industries and geographies. Loraine later transitioned into working with high-profile individuals, executives, and families seeking culturally competent, trauma-informed treatment. Her holistic and individualized approach to treatment ensures that clients receive care tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Loraine holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, graduating cum laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University and her academic achievements include placement on both the Provost’s and President’s Lists for academic excellence. She is a Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), an Internationally Certified Addictions and Drug Counselor (ICADC), and a Sivananda-trained yoga instructor, bringing a multifaceted perspective to addiction treatment.

Throughout her career, Loraine has held key leadership roles, including Director of Operations, Clinical Program Developer, and Co-founder of a behavioral healthcare agency. She has successfully led clinical teams, crafted patient-centered programs, and developed policies promoting the highest standards of care. Loraine’s ability to harmonize clinical insight with business acumen has resulted in effective, sustainable treatment solutions across various settings and her passion for helping others drives her commitment to delivering culturally relevant and empathetic care.

Loraine believes that recovery is a family-wide effort and prioritizes education, counseling, and support for both individuals and their loved ones. A steadfast advocate for recovery communities, she remains dedicated to giving clients and families the tools and opportunities they need to reclaim their lives.
