Kelli Grant

She brings a wealth of clinical experience to her role developing and supporting relationships with referents and ensuring patients and their families have a seamless and welcoming experience. She also provides strategic marketing and concierge and case management services to patients, families, and referents.

Kelli’s career at Caron began in 2012 as a regional resource director. Based on her knowledge of national resources and specialized treatment options, she designed comprehensive continuums of care that met the clinical needs of patients, families, and professionals.

For over 15 years, Kelli has worked in multiple levels of care, including both outpatient and residential programs, for several well-respected providers in the industry. She has worked extensively with families and individuals with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorder diagnoses.

Kelli has a Master of Science in counseling from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Florida State University. She has been a certified rehabilitation counselor since 2005.
