Karsen is an empathetic and skilled outpatient therapist at Caron Treatment Center in Wyomissing, PA, where she facilitates both the POP group and mental health group sessions. With a foundation in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), Karsen provides holistic, client-centered care. Her compassionate and approachable nature allows her to build meaningful rapport with individuals on their path to recovery, making her an invaluable ally in their transformational journeys.

Karsen’s expertise is rooted in her profound academic and professional experience. She holds a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elon University. During her time at PCOM, she completed an impactful internship with Self Help Movement Inc., where she facilitated individual and group sessions, created personalized treatment plans, and conducted comprehensive evaluations that addressed the whole person.

Beyond her role as a clinician, Karsen is deeply committed to empowering individuals to become the best versions of themselves.
