Jim Geckler brings over 20 years of leadership in behavioral health, addiction treatment, and recovery to his role as Executive Vice President of Signature Client Experience at Caron. With a deep passion for helping individuals and families find lasting recovery, Jim is dedicated to enhancing Caron’s client experience and expanding the comprehensive support available to those seeking hope and healing.

Throughout his career, Jim has been a driving force behind innovation and growth in the addiction treatment field. Serving as a President and President/CEO of reputable treatment organizations, he led organizations through transformative growth, program development, and cultural change—all while keeping the focus on delivering exceptional care and fostering meaningful alumni connections.

Earlier, during his tenure at a well-known treatment organization, Jim held key leadership roles, including Director of Patient, Alumni, and Community Relations. There, he spearheaded nationally recognized initiatives to improve patient outcomes, strengthen referral networks, and provide long-term recovery support.

Jim’s commitment to advancing the field extends beyond his professional roles. He serves on national boards such as the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) and Treatment Professionals in Alumni Services (TPAS) and is a sought-after speaker on recovery advocacy, alumni engagement, and organizational leadership.

A proud graduate of The Calasanctius School, Jim combines his executive expertise with a personal dedication to transforming lives and building healthier communities.
