Jennifer Savarese Farr serves as Caron Treatment Centers Chief Governance Officer and Corporate Secretary, providing strategic support to the president/CEO and board leadership on corporate governance and board and committee management

In this capacity, she has resumed oversight of Compliance, Quality, and Risk Management—functions she previously led during her tenure as Executive Vice President, Chief Governance and Compliance Officer at Caron.

Jennifer brings 30 years of experience in board governance across industries including healthcare, banking, manufacturing, and real estate development. She is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance and Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Relations from St. Joseph’s University (Long Island, New York) and a Paralegal Certificate from Duke University (Durham, North Carolina).
