Jennifer Savarese Farr serves as Caron Treatment Centers' Corporate Secretary and provides support to the president/CEO and board leadership on corporate governance and board and committee management.

Previously, she served as executive vice president, chief governance and compliance officer at Caron. In this role, Jennifer managed corporate governance, legal matters, compliance, quality, and risk management for the organization. She has 25 years’ experience in board governance in various industries, including banking, manufacturing, and real estate development.

Jennifer is a member of the Society for Corporate Governance. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in human relations from St. Joseph’s College, Patchogue, New York, and a paralegal certificate from Duke University, Durham, North Carolina.
