As a coordinator of student assistance programs (SAP) for Berks County, Jennifer Moyer oversees a staff of student specialists who provide substance use education and prevention programs to schools.

She is also part of a SAP training team that educates and certifies school administrators, educators, and other professionals in implementing student assistance programming in their school systems. She ensures the smooth operation of student assistance programming in her region through attention to administrative duties like state reporting, billing, and compliance.

Jennifer came to Caron in 2014 as a student assistance specialist, worked as a lead student specialist, and took on her current role in 2019.

Prior to coming to Caron, she worked for several years in the social work field, gaining insight into education and considerable experience in organization, problem-solving, and decision-making. She has used those skills to create an effective and organized student assistance team.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice.
