James Flint

Before joining Caron, James served as the Vice President of Real Estate & Procurement at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. There, he managed a substantial operational budget and led facility and infrastructure master planning initiatives. He also held the position of Regional Operations Director at DaVita Healthcare Partners, where he had full accountability for a $100MM P&L, managed physician relationships, and oversaw a large team.

James's earlier roles included Facilities Manager at CB Richard Ellis and Intern Architect at Sjoquists Architects, where he was provided a strong foundation in budget management, project coordination and design processes. He also directed facility operations for M Health Fairview, managing maintenance, renovations, and new build-outs for over 150 facilities. As Business Development Director for Healthcare at PKC Construction, he was responsible for pricing and budgeting healthcare construction projects and building client relationships.

James holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota. Family is a cornerstone of his life, providing him with unwavering support and grounding him in all that he does. James is also an avid golfer.
