Jaclyn Bomberger

Jackie actively builds a sense of teamwork and collegiality among the nurses she supervises. She also manages and coordinates their work and maintains consistent scheduling across nursing shifts. To do this, she works with nurse supervisors who oversee the nursing team. She appreciates the work and effort her staff put in so that patients are assured of proper care at all times.

She has been the assistant director since 2020, taking on the role after working as a nurse supervisor for two years. Jackie came to Caron as a part-time nurse in 2016 and began working full-time shortly after.

With almost 25 years of experience, Jackie brings a wealth of compassion, empathy, and patience for Caron patients and a firsthand understanding of the work nurses at Caron do. Prior to coming to Caron, she was a nurse manager at an acute crisis intervention inpatient facility, and prior to that, she was a labor and delivery nurse.

She is a certified addiction registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
