Heather David is dedicated to advancing patient safety across the organization as she supports event reporting, identifies opportunities for improvement, and provides education to enhance healthcare outcomes. Her role reflects a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Heather brings 15 years of healthcare experience, including the last four years specializing in patient safety. Before joining her current role, she served as a Patient Safety Advisor for a leading Patient Safety Organization. This extensive background equips her with the expertise to analyze complex healthcare processes and implement effective solutions that prioritize patient well-being.

Her strengths—critical thinking, adaptability, and compassion—are the foundation of her approach to ensuring safe and efficient care delivery. A graduate of Thomas Jefferson University, Heather holds a Master of Science in Nursing and is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) as well as a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS).

What Heather enjoys most about her work is developing solutions and collaborating on problem-solving strategies that help prevent patient harm. Her unwavering focus on protecting and improving patient care exemplifies her dedication to making a meaningful difference in the field of healthcare.
