Grady Ricca

Grady Ricca joined Caron in 2025 as a Primary Therapist for the Monarch Program. In this role, he conducts comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and facilitates both individual and group therapy sessions. Grady is dedicated to supporting clients clinically while coordinating care throughout their treatment experience, helping them gain insight and stability.

Grady brings strong clinical assessment skills and a thoughtful, organized approach to treatment planning. As a Certified Addiction Professional (C.A.P.), he applies evidence-based practices while remaining client-centered and responsive to individual needs. He takes pride in building trust with clients and collaborating with the multidisciplinary clinical team to support meaningful change.

Prior to joining Caron, Grady served as a Primary Therapist for a wellness organization and as the Program Director for an IOP program. These previous roles provided him with extensive experience in direct clinical care and program leadership, allowing him to approach treatment with a balanced perspective that considers both individual client needs and overall program structure. His chief strengths include clinical assessment, group facilitation, rapport-building, and organizational leadership.

Grady holds a master’s degree in counseling from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
