Emily Shull
Emily Shull joined Caron in January 2026 as a Development Services Specialist. In this role, she processes gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations, ensuring accurate data management to support the organization's fundraising efforts. Emily also assists with events and provides comprehensive support to the Development and Alumni team, leveraging her logistical and organizational skills to help operations run smoothly.
With over 18 years of experience in behavioral health, Emily brings a deep personal and professional commitment to the recovery community. She has served in various capacities across the sector, including roles with organizations supporting survivors of domestic violence and individuals experiencing homelessness. Before joining Caron, she served as an Administrative Coordinator locally at a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals in recovery, where she specialized in data analysis and managed electronic health record systems.
Emily’s work is driven by resilience and a "helpful spirit," backed by strong technical proficiency and an eye for detail. Although her current role is behind the scenes, she is passionate about aligning her work with organizations that share her values and is dedicated to supporting the success of every individual in treatment at Caron.
Emily is currently pursuing a degree in Sociology.
