Before taking on this role in 2024, Ed was a lead therapist in the Men's Program. He began working at Caron in 2012 as a counselor for teen and young adult men, before moving into the Spiritual Care Department, leading chapel services and grief/loss groups, and providing spiritual care counseling while working as a counselor.

To bring my life experience, empathy, and understanding to the work of helping patients build their resilience, nurture healthy relationships, and find meaning gives me great satisfaction.”
