Caitlin Camposano

Caitlin Camposano’s primary role as a registered nurse supervisor is to guide nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality nursing care to patients in the Older Adult Program and working with multidisciplinary teams to meet patient needs. Caitlin also provides training to her staff and implements unit standards.

With almost a decade of experience in the field, Caitlin understands the disease process and what is needed to provide appropriate care. In addition to her supervisory role, she attends to patients as needed, assessing medical needs and monitoring patient outcomes.

Before taking on this position in 2024, Caitlin was a nurse with Caron for a year. She has been a nurse in the substance use and mental health fields since 2015. Previous to coming to Caron, she was a charge nurse at another treatment facility, managing day-to-day care.

Her dedication to her work stems in large part from seeing the transformation patients undergo in treatment, ready for healthy lives in recovery.

Caitlin is a registered nurse with an associate degree in nursing from Santa Fe College, Gainesville, Florida.
