Breanne Sisco serves as a Continuing Care Specialist at Caron, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting individuals as they transition from treatment to long-term recovery. In this role, Breanne collaborates closely with clinical teams to develop personalized continuing care plans, ensuring that each individual has the resources and support needed to maintain their recovery journey.

Breanne’s extensive experience in managing and resolving complex situations, along with her ability to de-escalate stressful scenarios, makes her an invaluable resource for patients and their families. Her background includes supervising Recovery Advocates in the Relapse Program, where she worked alongside clinical supervisors to ensure program consistency and coverage.

Since joining Caron in 2017 as a behavioral health technician, Breanne has demonstrated a deep commitment to supporting individuals in recovery. She previously served as an intake caseworker at a correctional facility, further honing her skills in working with diverse populations in challenging circumstances.

Breanne is a certified allied addiction practitioner and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in criminal justice and sociology from East Stroudsburg University, Pennsylvania.
