Andrea Harenza

To do this, she oversees a team of behavioral health technicians, manages schedules to ensure comprehensive support and assistance, and trains new technicians. When needed, she steps in to work with patients. Andrea enjoys working with her to staff to develop and reach career goals, which enhances the quality of services Caron provides to patients. She also interacts with other Caron clinicians and staff across departments.

Before taking on this role in 2017, Andrea was a behavioral health technician for six years. Having been in the technician role, she understands the dedication it takes and how to develop a strong, collegial team.

Andrea is a certified allied addiction practitioner (CAAP) with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. She is currently enrolled in a master’s program in organizational leadership at Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester.
