Amy Bunn, LPC, MA, CAADC, oversees Caron’s Training and Professional Department, supporting professional development and evidence-based training across Caron’s locations and continuum of care. She leads a team of clinical trainers responsible for new employee onboarding, ongoing professional development, clinical coaching, internship placements and the development and delivery of training programs that support high-quality patient care.

Amy brings more than 20 years of experience with Caron and 15 years of experience in training and professional development. Prior to her current role, she served as a Trainer and Clinical Coach, where she designed and facilitated clinical training programs, provided coaching to clinicians, coordinated graduate and undergraduate internships, and supported clinical teams across the organization. She began her career at Caron as a Behavioral Health Therapist on the adult continuum at the Wernersville campus.

Amy’s clinical background and strong communication and interpersonal skills allow her to build meaningful relationships with staff while helping them develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to excel in their roles. She is passionate about helping professionals become their best selves and believes that investing in employee growth has a lasting impact on colleagues, patients and families.

Amy earned a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College and holds Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) credentials. She has also completed more than 70 hours of specialized gambling treatment training.
