As Regional Resource Director for Caron in South Florida, Alixandra Raymond builds and strengthens connections that create clear pathways to care for individuals and families. She serves as a trusted resource to both families and clinical professionals—expanding awareness of Caron’s programs, cultivating referral networks, and ensuring people can access the support they need.

Alixandra guides each person toward personalized treatment solutions that fit their unique circumstances, helping them move forward in recovery and improve their quality of life.

She brings a relationship-driven approach shaped by years of serving high-net-worth clients at American Express, where she built trust, nurtured long-term relationships, and delivered tailored solutions for complex needs—skills that now directly support those seeking care and the professionals who refer them. Her work is equally grounded in empathy. In long-term recovery since 2017, and having lost her sister to addiction, Alixandra connects with authenticity and compassion, offering hope while guiding people to appropriate, high-quality care.

She studied Child and Family Studies at Syracuse University and Early Childhood Education at Temple University. Passionate about raising awareness of recovery and reducing barriers to treatment, Alixandra is dedicated to making exceptional care accessible across South Florida.
