Alicia Dierolf

Alicia Dierolf, MSN, RN, LSSGB, serves as the Corporate Director of Risk Management since August 2026. In her role, she oversees enterprise risk management including incident management, investigations, emergency management, and organizational risk assessments, and follow up activities that support safety and operational excellence across Caron.
Alicia brings over a decade of healthcare experience in nursing, quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management. She is passionate about fostering a culture of safety by proactively identifying and mitigating risk and partnering with leaders and staff to strengthen systems that support exceptional patient care. Her original nursing education was completed at Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences, after which she pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University. She is a registered nurse and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
