Ali Williamson is the nursing supervisor at Caron Florida’s Keele Center, responsible for ensuring quality care for the detox, Ocean Drive, and older adult patients receiving medical care. To watch patients as they transform through treatment, building strength and resilience, is what motivates her daily.
She supervises and supports the nursing staff; makes sure there are adequate nursing staff on rotation; coordinates orientation, training, and communication; and assures compliance with Caron policies. Ali appreciates the supportive environment and team culture at Caron.
Ali came to Caron in 2023 with seven years of nursing experience in mental health/substance use treatment centers. As a charge nurse, she assessed and monitored patients and provided progress reports to doctors. She also coordinated staffing and supplies for her unit.
In addition, she has been an adjunct instructor, teaching and demonstrating fundamental nursing skills and teaching an Introduction to Nursing class.
Ali is currently enrolled in a Master of Science program, specializing in nursing education, at Aspen University, Aspen, Colorado. She has a Bachelor of Science in nursing, also from Aspen University. Ali is also a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success.
