Alayna holds a master’s degree in Sociology with a specialization in disabilities from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, she has a proven track record of leadership, program development, and client-focused care.

Throughout her expansive career, Alayna has successfully directed programs, managed facilities, and developed clinical protocols to enhance treatment outcomes. Her expertise includes managing admissions, overseeing daily operations, building community relationships, and creating innovative treatment curriculums that prioritize patient and staff well-being.

Alayna's professional highlights include serving as an Executive and Program Director at prominent addiction recovery organizations like Blueprints for Addiction Recovery and Addiction Recovery Systems.
