How to Leave a Review

Here at Caron, we strive to provide our patients and their families with a life changing experience. We appreciate your feedback on our services, facilities, and staff and are grateful if you could share your Caron experience with us by leaving a review for your treatment center. Please follow the simple steps below to leave a review.

Google Reviews

Things to note:

  • You need a Google account to leave a review.

  • Your Google reviews will appear publicly with your profile name and picture. They can’t be submitted as an anonymous review You do have the ability to only use your first name in your Google profile.

  • Your Google reviews will appear on Google services across the web, like Maps and Search.

Google Reviews on Desktop Devices

To review from your desktop browser.

  1. Log into your Google account and search for your Caron location (i.e. Caron New York).

  2. Locate the Google Location Profile section on the right-hand side of the search results page.

  3. Locate the reviews section in the profile and click the Google reviews link next to the star rating. In the new pop-up window, click the blue “Write a review” link in the top right-hand corner.

  4. In the new window, rate the location from 1 to 5 stars (the greater the number the more positive the experience) and write about your experience. If you would like, upload an image. Finally, click “POST” when you’re done.

  5. Once posted, your review will be submitted to Google and shown against the location's Google Business Profile.

Google Reviews on Mobile Devices

To leave a review via your mobile device please follow these simple steps.

  1. Search for the Caron location that you are looking for in your mobile browser.

  2. In the search results, click the Reviews section and tap on the star icons to rate the location.

  3. In the pop up window, write your review. Click the post when ready

  4. Your review will be submitted to Google and shown in the search results.


Google Maps

You can also leave a review via the Google Maps app. The steps are the same as the steps detailed above with the only difference being you need to open the Google Maps app and search for the Caron location within the app.

  1. Search for the Caron location that you are looking for in the Google Maps App.

  2. The app will show the location details, scroll down and find the Reviews section and tap on the star icons to rate the location.



  3. Write your review and post once ready


  4. Your review will be submitted to Google and will show in the search results.
