Join us for a free, supportive program designed to help you navigate conversations about substance use with the children in your life.
About the Program
Caron's Honest Talks, Healthy Connections is a virtual program created for parents and caregivers of children impacted by a loved one's substance use. Our goal is to provide you with the tools and confidence to have honest, compassionate conversations that help your child feel seen, heard, and supported. This program offers a safe space to learn and connect, reminding you and your family of the hope that recovery brings.
This program is open to any parent or caregiver, regardless of your affiliation with Caron or where your loved one is in their journey.
What You Will Gain
By attending, you will receive:
- Education: Learn practical strategies and age-appropriate language to talk with your child about addiction, treatment, and recovery.
- Connection: Share and listen in a supportive community of other parents and caregivers who understand your challenges.
- Encouragement: Receive guidance from experienced Caron professionals who specialize in family education and support.

This program is for parents, caregivers, and any other adults (18+) who have children in their lives affected by a loved one's substance use.

The 2nd Wednesday of every month
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST

by another adult’s substance use.
If you are a parent seeking support because your child is struggling with substance
use, this program is not designed to meet that need. We encourage you to explore
