The Employee Campaign is one of the most meaningful ways we come together as a Caron community. Across Pennsylvania, Florida, and our regions, we pause to give back, celebrate the work we do every day, and stand behind the mission that connects us all.

This year’s theme, Many Hands, One Heart, reflects how each of us brings our own strengths, skills, and passion to Caron. Together, we form one heart, united in purpose and committed to helping individuals and families find hope and healing.
