Program Highlights

Breakthrough Personal Growth Workshops are intended for anyone who wants to examine and improve relational patterns, including those living in recovery and individuals who have been impacted by a loved one’s substance use disorder. These workshops are offered three weeks out of every month with private accommodations.

This five-day workshop opens a space for you to examine and modify long-standing emotional and relational patterns that interfere with your quality of life or ability to function in day-to-day experiences. Through guided and gentle group work, you will explore ineffective patterns of thinking and behavior and begin developing healthier, more effective alternatives. With new insights, you’ll gain the self-awareness and self-confidence you need to make lasting changes. Participants learn and practice approaches and tools that provide insight and skills they can use immediately.

The workshop is facilitated by clinical professionals trained in evidence-based, experiential therapies. With their support, you have the opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and try new things while practicing the change you hope to achieve — all in a safe and affirming environment. Every element of the Breakthrough Personal Growth Workshop is designed to help you change your behavior and reduce problems that impede healthy relationships.
