Devon Dautrich, Ph.D. is a Post-Doctoral Psychology Fellow at Caron working in the Older Adult and Caron Executive Programs. Dr. Dautrich earned her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Bryn Mawr College. She is also a Certified School Psychologist in Pennsylvania. Her academic training and clinical experience emphasized evidence-based, integrative therapeutic approaches and psychological assessment. Dr. Dautrich completed practicum rotations at Drexel University’s Office of Counseling and Health, University of Pennsylvania’s Counseling and Psychological Services Center, and Lenape Valley Foundation’s Acute Partial Hospital Program. She was also a family therapist, and later a peer supervisor, on the Bryn Mawr Child Study Institute’s Family Therapy Treatment Team. Finally, Dr. Dautrich completed an APA-accredited Pre-Doctoral internship at The Reading Hospital where she provided outpatient psychotherapy and participated in family medicine, partial hospitalization, inpatient hospitalization, and forensic psychology rotations. She has experience working with children, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds who presented to treatment with a wide range of mental and behavioral health concerns, including mood, anxiety, and substance use disorders. While Dr. Dautrich’s theoretical orientation is rooted in life-span development and family systems theory, she also takes an individualized and integrated approach to each patient emphasizing interpersonal, psychodynamic, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and cognitive-behavioral tenets in her work. Dr. Dautrich has a strong interest in psychological, diagnostic, and neuropsychological testing and has comprehensive experience utilizing assessment measures in research, inpatient, outpatient, forensic, and school settings. She enjoys working in a multidisciplinary setting and using an integrative team approach to provide care and promote change in patients.
