As clinical supervisor, Clare Seletsky develops and oversees clinical and peer programming for Caron’s First Responders Program.

Over the course of her career, she has treated more than 1,500 first responders with substance use disorders. She has provided individual, group, and family therapy to first responders and developed addiction treatment programs that address their unique cultural and occupational needs. Before coming to Caron, she provided clinical oversight and management in two first responder treatment programs.

She has a master’s degree in industrial/organizational and clinical counseling psychology from La Salle University and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Massachusetts with a certificate in alcohol and substance abuse. Clare is certified in critical incident stress management and volunteers her time to support the mental wellness of local law enforcement officers, fire fighters, correctional officers, and EMTs/paramedics.
