Sean Tynes is a Case Specialist for both Caron Renaissance and Caron Ocean Drive, a role he transitioned to in October of 2018. He initially joined Caron Ocean Drive in 2013.
As a case specialist, he works with patients and families prior to admission. His goal is to provide all the necessary information to allow the patient and family to decide if Caron will meet their family’s unique needs and goals. Sean is also involved in conducting thorough assessments prior to admission, which involves gaining input from patients, their families, and outside treatment professionals along with Caron’s multidisciplinary team for treatment with positive outcomes.
Once a patient and family determine that Caron can best meet their needs, Sean works closely with them to facilitate the admission process as well as the patient’s arrival. At the beginning of the patient’s treatment, Sean serves as a member of Caron’s multidisciplinary team and continues to provide collaborative support as needed throughout treatment.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from York College of Pennsylvania as well as a Master of Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University.
