Meg is an EMDR-trained primary therapist at Caron Renaissance. She has extensive experience in trauma-informed care and the influence of developmental and attachment trauma as well as addiction and failure to launch.
Having joined Caron Renaissance in 2018, she appreciates the time that Caron’s approach allows patients for treatment. “We are helping patients through one of the most difficult times in their lives. Having time to get to know our patients deeply and offer them personalized treatment really sets Caron apart.”
Her previous experience includes working in both acute and community mental health settings, providing dual diagnosis/ substance abuse treatment, and facilitating psychoeducational and trauma/grief groups in the West Palm school district.
She earned her Master of Science degree in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She is a registered mental health counselor intern in the state of Florida and working towards her post-graduate licensure.
