Lauren Debiec, B.S. is the Administrative Director of Medical Services at Caron Pennsylvania.
In her role, Lauren oversees the daily administrative operations of the medical services department and the medical unit.
Lauren is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer and Program Coordinator of the Tower Health (Caron – Reading Hospital) Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
In 2011, Lauren joined Caron Treatment Centers. She was instrumental in the launch of the separate and distinct unit for healthcare professionals in 2015 and, in her tenure, has been a trusted resource to clients relative to professional monitoring programs. Lauren was instrumental in the accreditation process for the Tower Health (Caron-Reading Hospital) Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program. Lauren spearheads recruitment, ensures compliance, and coordinates the educational programming.
Lauren is completing her Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling at Alvernia University in May 2021. She is a Counseling Intern on the women's inpatient substance use disorder treatment units. Lauren volunteers her time to committees at Caron Treatment Centers and in the community. She has her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Philadelphia University.
